Main Responsibilities


  • Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives.
  • Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs.
  • Develop and curate the e‑learning platform and training content.
  • Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program.
  • Manage on‑demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments
