Strengthening organizational development across Latin America and North America by enhancing culture, leadership capabilities, employee experience, and learning solutions aligned with strategic business priorities.

Main Responsibilities

Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives. Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs. Develop and curate the e‐learning platform and training content. Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program. Manage on‐demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes. Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans. Improve onboarding and learning paths.
