Main Responsibilities
Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives. Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs. Develop and curate the e‐learning platform and training content. Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program. Manage on‐demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes. Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans. Improve onboarding and learning paths.Main Requirements
