Overview

Provides general administrative support and manages all transactional requirements of the various CBHRS functions, particularly for payroll and benefits. Acts as POC for all escalated concerns on payroll or benefits.

  • Provides general administrative support and manages all transactional requirements of the various CBHRS functions, particularly for hr systems, payroll, benefits, helpdesk and travel. Provides standard reports as required.
  • Specific Responsibilities May Include:
  • Maintains accurate team member data in the HR database based on official documents (government records, forms), status change forms, and other official sources of team member information.
  • Coordinates with different departments/accounts in ensuring that team member data is kept updated at all times through regular reports, notifications, and as needed, calibration.
