Job Description

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with people leaders and associates to ensure the implementation of HR and leadership practices, processes, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and associate development.
Partner with the plant leadership team to ensure the effective execution of primary annual BD HR processes, such as talent and succession planning, performance management, development, and compensation.
Identify organizational needs in collaboration with the leadership team and lead the implementation and effective training on-site.
Analyze indicator data to anticipate and address areas of opportunity.
Implement strategies for associate engagement, positive relationships, diversity awareness, and a healthy workplace environment.
Manage key HR areas: talent acquisition, labor relations, training, talent development, communication, HR services, compensation, and benefits.
