- Main contact person to our external IFM partner, take full accountability for high performance of service delivery as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room and waste handling.
- Conduct performance assessment of external IFM partner under integral contract framework, KPI scoring, monthly audits.
- Collect feedback from end-users, main partners, and secure high performance.
- Understand encouraged services level Vs. actual deliveries.
