Job Purpose
To produce high quality and detail-oriented professional responsible for planning, project design and overseeing all deliverables of the design phases from concept through to technical design.
Key Accountabilities
- To manage day-to-day design activities ranging of multiple projects including hospitality, offices, residential, retail, mixed use – etc.
- To work in close alignment with Design Manager and project team to develop design concepts and vision for interior spaces, considering client preferences and functional requirements.
- To develop floor plans and layouts that maximize the use of available space while ensuring functionality and flow including putting together mood boards, material boards, concept presentations and design briefs.
