Job Description
What you will be doing:
Lead complex assurance, tax, and advisory engagements (reviews, compilations, and personal/corporate tax planning).
Provide strategic guidance to clients on financial and operational matters.
Drive engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for high-efficiency outcomes.
Manage client relationships at the senior level, with a focus on retention and expansion of services.
Collaborate with Partners on business development initiatives and proposals.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional firm services and deepen client relationships.
Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Associates to support their career growth and performance.
Contribute to the enhancement of firm-wide systems, standards, and tools.
