**What You'll Do**

**You will in charge of Channel Strategy & Development**

+ You will define distributor and 4S channel strategies aligned with regional goals.
+ You will develop new route-to-market models and partnerships.
+ You will define right number of distributor partners needed to unlock growth in AP
+ You will define the right distributor profitability model that will enable a win-win solution for both Goodyear and the distributor and drive actionable long-term partnership for the business.

**You will be responsible for Business Planning & Growth Execution**

+ You will translate strategy into actionable plans, KPIs, and growth initiatives.
