A leading government organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as Senior Manager – Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations operations, payroll, benefits, pensions, and HR services
- Ensure compliance with UAE HR laws and government regulations
- Drive employee engagement, happiness, and workplace culture initiatives
- Manage HR systems, reporting, workforce analytics, and operational improvements
- Lead strategic HR projects, change management, and excellence initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
