Overview

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is one of the world’s largest quick‑service restaurant companies with over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries. RBI owns the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands. The Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation will own the global administration of RBI’s employee equity programs, including grant, vesting, tax, and reporting processes that deliver a significant portion of total direct compensation to executives and employees across RBI’s global brands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load annual grant files in the equity platform, map grant award agreements, and reconcile employee reports after load.
• Process award vesting and dividend payouts, and perform quarterly audits in the equity platform.
• Partner with the ESPP vendor to process bi‑weekly employee contributions.
