Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation will own the global administration of RBI’s employee equity programs – the grant, vesting, tax, and reporting processes that deliver a meaningful portion of total direct compensation to executives and employees across RBI’s global brands. This high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
Equity Plan Administration
- Prepare and load annual grant files in the equity platform, map grant award agreements, and reconcile employee reports post‑load.
- Process award vesting and dividend payouts, along with quarterly audit in the equity platform.
- Partner with the ESPP vendor to process employee contributions on a bi‑weekly basis.
Tax, Payroll & Data Management
- Validate multi‑jurisdictional tax withholdings for large employee vesting events and stock option exercises.
