 appropriate media. Use instructional design approaches to create learning content for business users.

  Design Skills 
  User profiling
  Approaches and frameworks to render learning content
  User experience design - principles, structure, style, etc
  Prototyping, visualization and designing for mobile, web, print, in-person, etc.
  Content Skills 
  Language fluency (written and verbal)
  Writing for varied media (online, mobile, print with primary focus on training, instructional and business content)
  Branding and communication related activities for instructional purposes
  Content curation
  Creative writing for business users (stories, comics, case scenarios, ...
