Description The Senior Manager, Professional Services (ProServe) Cloud Architects (PCAM) - NAMER leads all ProServe Cloud Architects (PCAs) and PCA Managers across North America. Reporting to the NAMER ProServe Leader, this role drives pre‑sales technical excellence, people leadership, and regional business performance aligned to ProServe's 3-year Plan (3YP).
This leader serves as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS stakeholders — engaging C‑level executives, collaborating with ProServe Account Executives, Delivery Teams, AGS Sales, and Solution Architect Leadership to accelerate customers' cloud journeys.
