Role Overview

This role sits at the center of Sourcing transformation, combining strategy, execution, and innovation to elevate Procurement’s enterprise impact. The individual will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while driving delivery of critical initiatives across the function.

Responsibilities

• Lead business management for a 60‑person Sourcing organization, overseeing operating cadence, governance, reporting, portfolio priorities, and execution against strategic objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Sourcing, helping shape the function’s strategy, roadmap, and forward‑looking priorities across sourcing, vendor resilience, and transformation.
• Drive key Procurement initiatives tied to BMO M&A activity, including due diligence, transition planning, integration support, and alignment with third‑party risk and operating model requirements.
