Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering 8 years Semiconductor capital equipment experience UGNX experience, Will consider candidates with Solidworks, Creo, Inventor as well Understanding of material properties and machining rules of thumb for aluminum, plastics and brittle materials (Ceramics, quartz, etc.) Vacuum environment design experience (O-ring, vacuum fittings, helium leak check) Finite Element analysis (Thermal and Structural) Understanding of heating and cooling systems Tolerance stack analysis Reliability testing
Responsibilities:Design next generation semiconductor etch equipment Perform stress analysis to validate designs Work with outside vendors to have parts fabricated Perform in house testing on part Design vacuum chambers
