- Manage and support the global network infrastructure, covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks.
- Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network components.
