Job Description

The Facility Management team provides value add by:
Proposing and implementing FM budgets, and monitors related spendings.
Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times.

  • Achieves mechanical maintenance operational objectives by contributing to preventive maintenance; preparing and completing preventive maintenance schedules; identifying issues and acting upon them for permanent solutions; should possess breakdown-resolving skills; determining system improvements; and implementing change. Diagnosing problems with equipment or systems and implementing appropriate solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform for developing and implementing a routine maintenance program to keep a facility’s equipment up and running.
