Role Overview
Senior Performance Controls Engineer – North America. In this role, you’ll blend controls engineering and commissioning expertise to efficiently troubleshoot complex issues and pinpoint root causes on operating systems. You’ll own diagnosing performance challenges, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, validate firmware and software updates, minimize downtime, and feed insights back to product teams for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, investigate, and drive corrective action for performance issues identified during facility operation.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis using data analysis, first principles, on‑site investigation, or other necessary methods.
