This role is focused on managing pharmacy-related accounts and operations. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly for clients, resolve issues, and coordinate with different teams. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert (SME) and help guide other team members.
- Review guidelines and client instructions to ensure tasks are done correctly
- Work with different teams to deliver accurate and timely results
- Update client documents and help manage system or plan changes
- Prepare and check reports for accuracy
- Help investigate issues, identify root causes, and support solutions
- Coordinate with international/onshore teams to ensure alignment
- Act as an expert for certain processes and support complex concerns
