- Interpret SOPs, client documentation, and reports to ensure accurate execution
- Partner with cross‑functional and onshore teams to deliver timely, high‑quality services
- Update client documentation and coordinate configuration, testing, and validation activities
- Prepare and validate operational and impact reports aligned with onshore requirements
- Support remediation through issue scoping, root‑cause coordination, and action tracking
- Serve as an SME for assigned processes and provide day‑to‑day guidance to Global PAM teams
- Monitor work quality, remove blockers, elevate risks early, and maintain service standards
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Flexibility to support full US shift coverage, including hours up to 6:00 PM CT
