Job Description
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer working on complex digital products . Strong portfolio demonstrating: -Complex workflows -Data‑heavy or enterprise platforms -End‑to‑end product thinking (Please share your portfolio link) Experience working in cross‑functional teams , closely collaborating with Product and Engineering . Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution , balancing long‑term vision with hands‑on delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions. Experience contributing to or working with design systems , including reusable components and interaction patterns. Experience designing or contributing to AI‑assisted or decision‑support experiences .
