Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr Production Supervisor (1st shift).

Supervise, direct and coordinate production activities with employees in order to achieve efficiently internal and external customer service expectations.
Develop and enforce accomplishment of operational procedures and metrics.
