JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Director is the senior on-site executive accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and contractual success of the company's operations in Wing Goose Bay. This role provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership across all contracted services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing delivery within a mission‑critical military environment.
Reporting within senior leadership structure, the Program Director holds full program authority over budget, resources, personnel, and delivery outcomes. This individual serves as the primary executive interface with the customer and represents the organization as a trusted partner to the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Contract Leadership
• Provide overall leadership and accountability for all contracted services at 5 Wing Goose Bay, including air operations, facilities, engineering, emergency services, and logistics.
