Role: QA Automation Engineer with POS systems Location: Vancouver, CA Responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain and manage manual and automated testing systems and environments. Assess risk to determine appropriate levels of testing. Collaborate across teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Present testing topics to quality assurance peers and stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in QA and/or development. 3+ years of experience using automation tools, such as Playwright; comfortable to program as needed. 2+ years of experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Familiarity with MCP and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accomplish tasks. Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and their significance.
