Manage high-impact quality issues end-to-end, ensuring proper prioritization, coordination, follow-up, and effective closure. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, risk-based decision-making, and sustainable issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-impact quality issues from detection through closure.
  • Prioritize issues based on risk, customer impact, and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address critical issues effectively.
  • Track action plans, ensuring accountability, timelines, and proper documentation.
