**Job title**:Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst
**Reports to**: Sr. Manager People Analytics
The **Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst** is responsible for orchestrating collaborative efforts across the enterprise internally and externally to design the desired workforce experience, and drive productivity, engagement, business outcomes & a positive employer brand. S/he will work across HR to design and implement end-to-end HR solutions (Core focus: ServiceNow and HR Service Delivery), working closely across CoEs, Business HR, and HR Shared Services (HRSS).
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Sr. Manager, People Analytics to prioritize and execute on all workforce reporting projects to support enterprise-wide People decisions
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights on HR metrics and key performance indicators
