Job Description

Promoting and Selling Life insurance products directly to customers, identifying client needs, building client relationships and meeting Sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals or cold calling.
  • Directly promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients.
  • Assess client needs and financial goals to recommend the most suitable insurance products as per customer need analysis and ensure right product positioning with customer.
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients for retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics and achieve new business productivity Renewal Targets.
