Job Description

Our client is a well-established home improvement company based in Dallas, TX, specializing in the sale and installation of windows and doors. They manage the full customer cycle, from marketing and in-home estimates to product procurement, warehousing, and installation, serving approximately 1,250 residential and commercial clients per year.

This is not a consulting gig, they want someone fully dedicated and committed to their team for the long term.

Priority 1 — Salesforce Development & Administration

  • Audit and clean up the current Salesforce org: remove duplicate fields, unused flows, and legacy configurations.
  • Develop custom solutions in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) tailored to the company's actual business processes.
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM to meet both current and future business needs.
  • Become the internal Salesforce authority — understanding the company's workflows better than anyone.
