Qualifications : What Did We Order Essential:
- Understand end goals aligned with talabats 3PL vision and formulate plans to meet those goals. Define Objectives and Key Results. Ensure cross-functional agreement and alignment on them. Complete those plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead operational excellence across processes and systems improving on existing and building new processes.
- Design solutions that scale workflows and programs.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively remove obstacles and handle critical issues.
- Lead collaboration effort between 3PL team and other departments on cross-functional projects and workstreams.
