Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Analyze, control and payment of customer Trade Terms. Build and analyze clients order book and Sell Out to forecast achievement and improve stock management. Ensure sell out process with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload Clients Trade Terms by account.
  • Monthly control of Trade terms according to sell in information.
  • Payment of supporting buckets during season, and payment of achievement buckets after the end of season.
  • Control and analysis of Trade terms level by season. Sign off presentation with Sales Director and general manager.
  • Build and enrich database with customer order book to analyze versus availability and sell out information.
  • Use order book analysis and sell out data to propose possible order book movement to improve sell in.
  • Connect with Sell Out provider and regional team to ensure data transfer.
