What you’ll doJob Summary
Responsibilities- Leading RWD manufacturing sites on world class manufacturing & productivity improvements
- Becomes Monterrey plant SME for fabrication and stamping operations
- Cognizant of stamping operations across RWD and suppliers; leads technology roadmap for process development
- Maintains awareness of leading process and material technologies and trends and applicability to RWD regarding Stamping
- Establishes and provides design for manufacturing guidelines to support new product development and or process improvements for VAVE events
- Leads value engineering, DOE, VAVE events to improve cost, quality and performance
- Maintains tooling design standards for not internal and external operations
- Develops and maintains skills requirements for stamping / fabrication staff across the division
