Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HSE/Wellbeing programs across sites; partner closely with Operations, HR, and Real Estate.
Ensure local legal compliance and maintain audit‐ready management systems.
Drive ISO ***** & ISO ***** activities (audits, corrective actions, evidence control, continuous improvement).
Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture through trainings, prevention plans, incident follow‐up, and reporting.
Requirements
3+ years in a senior HSE/EHS/SST role with proven leadership and cross‐functional influence.
Hands‐on experience with ISO ***** and ISO ***** (implementation and/or audits).
