Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into comprehensive, user‑centric documentation that is easy to understand.
• Work collaboratively with technical team members and other writers to provide customers with the information they need to use AspenTech products.
• Research, write, and edit documentation such as configuration guides, user guides, and other technical materials.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of products to efficiently manage and deliver complex software documentation that meets the target audience’s needs.
• Partner closely with development teams, product managers, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and source accurate information.
• Drive documentation best practices across teams in the organization.
• Apply design and style guides to existing documentation to ensure a consistent look and feel across the library.
