Job Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and optimize wafer-level final test processes for filter products.
- Support high-volume manufacturing by ensuring robust and scalable test processes.
- Implement advanced test methodologies to improve accuracy, throughput, and yield.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis.
- Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet production targets.
- Partner with global teams to transfer and sustain processes across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
