Job Description

Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Design and develop new product processes and improve the design of tooling and fixtures; Responsible for the process stability of new product projects. And responsible for improving the output and quality control of mass-produced products;
  • Develop equipment programs and set process parameters.
  • Develop work instructions for wave soldering, selection soldering, coating and other equipment.
  • Guide and train relevant technical personnel and production line operators to work according to process requirements. 
  • Repair and maintain workshop machinery and equipment, such as WS, SWS, COATING, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
  • Repair and maintain workshop machinery and equipment, such as screw machines, hot melt machines, laser welding, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
