Key Responsibilities
- Perform all pull activities related to stability studies, including sample retrieval, labeling, and documentation
- Receive and log samples into the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient sample flow and storage management
- Execute staging activities such as packaging, labeling, and documentation preparation
- Maintain and update data accurately in the LES (Laboratory Execution System)
- Organize and manage storage of stability study boxes within stability chambers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sample management processes
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, health protection guidelines, cGMP regulations, and internal quality standards
