Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries

- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Requirements
- German proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
