About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer / Staff GenAI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered platforms and products. This role requires a strong combination of backend engineering expertise, Generative AI knowledge, system architecture skills, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will have experience building production-grade AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native architectures. You will work closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and clients to build scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions.
