Job Description

Responsibilities . Provide administrative and operational support across the full resource lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, contract renewals, leave management, training coordination, performance appraisals, and offboarding of augmented staff. . Work closely with internal Sales team to engage external recruitment agencies, source and screen suitable candidates that meets client and project requirements before shortlisting. . Collaborate with internal Legal team to review and support the creation of work orders between clients, Company and recruitment agencies. . Support resource costing, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for augmented resources. . Coordinate with internal Finance and Business Operations teams to ensure timely vendor payments and client invoicing. . Maintain and regularly update the resource arrangements database. .
