Job Description

Responsibilities . Serve as the primary point of contact for staff augmentation-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners. . Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. . Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction. . Ensures compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. . Manage and deliver reporting cadences for internal stakeholders and clients, providing insights and visibility into delivery performance. .
