Senior/Staff Bioinformatician  | Cambridge, UK (1 day/week onsite, 4 days remote)  

We've partnered with an innovative biotech company at the forefront of gene editing safety, developing cutting-edge genomics platforms that help make next-generation cell and gene therapies safer and more precise. 

We’re looking for an experienced computational scientist to lead customer-facing bioinformatics projects , develop scalable Nextflow pipelines , and analyse complex NGS datasets  to deliver impactful scientific insights. 

What you’ll work on:  

Bioinformatics pipeline development (Nextflow, Python, cloud/AWS) 
Analysis of genome editing and off-target sequencing data 
Client-facing scientific reporting and technical presentations 
Cross-functional collaboration across R&D, software, and commercial teams
