Staff Engineer - Validation
Job Description
Seeking a technically strong and proactive Post-Silicon System Validation / Functional Validation engineer to drive the planning, execution, and debug of system-level validation of IP and SoC/MCU designs. This role is critical in verifying functional correctness, feature compliance, performance, and robustness of silicon devices across use cases, voltage/temperature corners, and real application conditions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform first silicon bring-up and hardware validation
+ Develop validation plans based on product requirements
+ Identify, debug, and root-cause silicon issues
+ Drive issue resolution with design teams
+ Execute protocol compliance testing
+ Perform corner case and stress testing
+ Develop automated validation scripts
