Our Operations and Supply Planning team translates demand into executable supply plans that ensure the right materials and products are available at the right time, cost, and quality. Based at Seagate's largest manufacturing site worldwide (10,000+ employees), we work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and suppliers to balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across the full product lifecycle. About the role - you will:
Own end-to-end supply planning, including shortage management and recovery actions across the supply chain, balancing short- and long-term horizons to meet production requirements Analyze supply-demand gaps using data and AI tools to identify risks and simulate scenarios, translating insights into actionable decisions across cost, lead time, capacity, and demand impact Manage trade-offs and supply risks to ensure continuity of operations and optimize business outcomes Monitor and manage inventory health, contro...
