Role Purpose
Lead instrumentation, monitoring, and controls systems engineering for facilities utilities in semiconductor construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement control schemes for utilities (gas, chemical, water, HVAC, electrical).
Develop P&IDs, control logic, PLC/SCADA interfaces, alarm systems, interlocks, and redundancy strategies.
Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations related to instrumentation safety, high‑pressure systems, and hazardous materials.
Support commissioning, loop checks, and start‑up.
