The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Tier-1 clients or GCC companies , handling high-volume hiring demands , and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery within defined timelines. 
This role requires a strong balance of recruitment execution, client engagement, and delivery ownership .
