Client Experience Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the success of the sales floor, including the 'Stage'.
Coach and develop a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors to perform at their best while prioritizing the client experience.
Train new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling‑model training sessions.
Respond promptly to client feedback via Medallia, the service hotline, or direct interactions; serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in‑store and engage with clients and advisors on‑stage.
Manage all in‑store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring events are well‑planned, staffed, and maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
Assist the Operations team in visual merchandising, ensuring concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards; maintain a clean, organized floor and replenish testers and supplies as new inventory arrives.
