Responsibilities

Drive standardisation strategies across components, systems, and plant-wide engineering activities.

Promote product and process consistency through standard rules, tools, and procedures.

Review engineering artefacts to identify opportunities to reduce variation and improve repeatability.

Support optimisation of engineering workflows, improving efficiency and reducing resource and time requirements.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard parts catalogues and associated engineering tools.

Provide technical guidance and governance relating to standardisation principles and decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to align design approaches and resolve variation issues.

Support integration and consistency across multiple engineering disciplines and delivery partners.
