Responsibilities

  • Assist with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
  • Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, and amenities
  • Document interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors
  • Maintain quality and satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training

  • Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
