Join the Vivo Karnataka team and lead after-sales service operations across the state. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service quality across all Vivo service centres in Karnataka.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end service centre operations across Karnataka
• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Lead, train, and mentor service centre teams
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams
• Handle repairs, returns, exchanges, and customer escalations
Preferred Experience:
✔ 5–10 years in Service Centre Management
✔ Mobile Phones / Consumer Electronics / Telecom industry experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills
