What does the job look like?

As the State Transport Manager you will be responsible for leading a complex transport and warehousing operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of contracted outcomes for multiple customers. You will oversee the allocation of resources including labour, fleet and facilities, while acting as the key point of communication between Linfox, customers, unions and site teams.

With a strong focus on safety, compliance and customer engagement, you will drive performance through reporting, financial management and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring service expectations and operational targets are consistently achieved. Key areas:

Lead delivery of transport and warehouse operations to meet contracted service outcomes and DIFOTA targets

Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies and legislative requirements across the operation
